Dear CLE Homeowners,

We are excited to announce that the nomination period for candidates to serve on the Board of Directors for the CLE Homeowners Association is now open!

Nomination Deadline: January 12, 2025 Election Date: January 13, 2025

We encourage all qualified homeowners to consider serving our community by running for a position on the board. Here are the qualifications for potential candidates as per Florida Homeowners Association (HOA) regulations:

1. Homeownership: Candidates must be homeowners in the CLE community.
2. In Good Standing: Candidates must be in good standing with the association, meaning they should not have any outstanding dues or violations of community rules.
3. Commitment: Candidates should be willing to commit time for regular board meetings, special meetings, and various community events.
4. Ethical Conduct: Candidates should demonstrate ethical behavior and abide by the association’s governing documents, including bylaws and covenants.
5. Community Interest: Candidates should have a genuine interest in the well-being and improvement of the CLE community.
