 Hello Neighbors, I was motivated to join the HOA due to people I spoke to in our community having issues with HOA and wanting to better our community. Wanted to bring back the feeling of people wanting to help other we used to have when I first moved in almost 15 years ago. Over the years I have been a firefighter and work in security working closely with law enforcement and other government agencies. I used to have to over see a team of 600 to 1000 officers as well as dealing with emergency situations. I love to scuba dive which my favorite hobby as well as my current job. 

 Hola neighbors, I am the Vice President of our HOA. My motivation has always been to actively participate and do whatis bestfor the community. I have been living here for 21 years. With 22 years of experience in direct customer service, including time as a pre-chef, I've honed my skills in managing special events and ensuring top-notch service delivery. I love spending time with my family and grandchildren, cooking, exercising, and watching movies. 

 Ciao Neighbors, This year I accepted the treasurer position in our community. As an online senior manager and dog trainer for over 20 years challenges are always around. When it comes to getting tasks completed, it’s about the main goal and how to effectively get there. I care about the community and want to contribute in any way possible. My goal is to have as many people involved in the community in some way. My desire is to create a neighborhood where we all know each other by first name and look forward to seeing each other around. My heritage is Italian, and I like to share things about my culture. The love of quality food, wine, and cars seems to be in my blood. However, I also love learning about others! So, if you see me walking by, please stop me and introduce yourself! If you have a dog, chances are I’ll remember its name before yours! LOL! I do enjoy watching/playing sports, motorsports and almost anything to do with cars! Fun activities, count me in!

 Hello Neighbors, I'm excited to introduce myself as your new Secretary ofthe HOA Board. I moved from Missourito Florida abouttwo and a half years ago, and from the momentI arrived, I knew I wanted to be an active member ofthis wonderful community. Connecting with others and spreading joy is my passion, so I offered to create newsletters and build a strong social presence for our community. This year,the opportunity to serve as Secretary opened up, and I was honored to be voted in. I've always embraced leadership roles, starting from my teenage years. I was a Girl Scouts leader, a leader atthe Eagles, and have held many other leadership positions. My primary goal is to bring our community closer together, helping us getto know one another and fostering a caring and supportive neighborhood. I envision fun and engaging activities like dog walks, non-dog walks, cookouts, movie nights, game nights, and more. Organizing events and creating enjoyable experiences is something I love to do. I have a variety of hobbies and interests, including cooking, gardening,traveling, and crafting,to name a few.
